Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2004

When I try to move a column header the program crashes. Help!

Under Windows XP, if you try to drag and drop a column header in a ListView control, Addit! Pro will crash. This is due to a bug inside mscomctl.ocx, a Microsoft authored ActiveX library, which provides the functionality for the ListView control. It applies to the Visual Studio 6, Service Pack 6 release of mscomctl.ocx, version 6.1.97.82, and possibly other releases as well.

Workaround

In Addit! Pro, right click in the ListView and pick Customize Columns. Use the arrow buttons to reposition the columns.

Hopefully, Microsoft will eventually fix the bug in its control and offer an updated version of mscomctl.ocx through a Visual Studio or Windows XP service pack.
