Should I do anything before I upgrade?
Even though you will not lose any settings or addons during the upgrade process, you might
want to backup your current installation. Visit the support area for detailed backup instructions.
How do I get version
5.5.9?
Download the installation package from the download page.
How do I install version
5.5.9?
First, download and extract the setup files. Next, open Readme.doc and
follow the installation instructions.
Will installing this version affect any other versions of Addit! Pro?
No. Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002 is a standalone program and will not affect other
versions.
I have a previous version of Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002
installed. Can Setup upgrade it?
Yes. if Setup offers to Repair your current
installation, choose "Repair Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002" to upgrade.
Or, if Setup prompts you for an installation folder you
must specify your existing Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002 folder.
Setup will not overwrite your addon database but consider
making a backup first. For backup instructions go here

Is this a free upgrade?
All registered users of Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002 may upgrade to version
5.5.9 free of charge.
After upgrading will I need a new unlocking number?
No. Your registration status will be retained and your existing unlocking information will
still work. If you run into any trouble please email

Am I eligible for a free upgrade from Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator
2000 to Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002?
You qualify for a free upgrade if you registered Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2000 any
time from August 1st, 2001 to December 31st, 2002.
If you meet the above criteria, email
joseph.stearns@byteforge.com. In your email be sure to include
your complete first and last name, the email address you used in your past registration.
Also include your Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002 Product ID (not the Product ID from Addit!
Pro For Flight Simulator 2000, the new one from Addit! Pro For Flight Simulator 2002).
